How long will it take to receive my order?
Standard shipping typically takes 5-10 business days. Once your order is processed, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your delivery status.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for all unused items in their original packaging. Simply contact our support team to initiate a return and receive a prepaid shipping label.
Are your products covered by a warranty?
Yes, all Warmyard products come with a 1-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects to ensure you receive the highest quality items.

Can I change or cancel my order after it has been placed?
Orders can be modified or cancelled within 12 hours of placement. After this window, the order has likely entered the shipping process and cannot be changed.
